Redeeming Moneda Tokens
To redeem Moneda tokens:
- Login to your Monetran account.
- Click “Redeem MNDA” from the menu
- Below “Redeem MNDA” enter the amount of Moneda you wish to redeem. The number of Moneda which are in your wallet is listed.
- Enter your password for authorization.
- Click “Redeem MNDA” in the blue bar.
Your redemption request will be “pending” until it is approved by an administrator at which time the request will be changed to “successful.”
A successful redemption request will result in your Moneda tokens being converted to USD at the published exchange rate of MNDA / USD. The USD will be deposited into the bank account which you have entered in your account settings.
If a redemption is denied, you will receive an email informing you of that action which will include a reason for denial.
